The Glorious Goodwood Revival

A fabulous weekend at the Goodwood revival. Nick Padmore raced Phil Halls Lola T70 Spyder in the Whitsun Trophy on Friday and Saturday. Padmore qualified the car on pole with a best time of, 1:19.299 a difference of 1.109 off of the second car. The race started at 5:25pm on Saturday, with a delayed start, the cars for the Whitsun Trophy completed two green flag laps. As the union flag was waved Nick dropped down to second, by the time he had finished one lap he had regained his starting position, he held 1st till the end. Nick could not be there for the prize giving on Sunday night, so wife Claire stepped in to receive Nicks awards, for winning the Whitsun Trophy and winning best lap time of the weekend. A glorious weekend, cant wait till next year!
